Capillary electrophoresis

Workplace of device "Capillary electrophoresis"
Workplace: UPOL - Laboratory of Mass Spectrometry and Microseparation Techniques
Faculty: Faculty of Science - Department of Analytical Chemistry
Street: 17. listopadu 12
City: Olomouc
Characteristic of workplace: Analysis of natural substances, food, farmak precursors and hazardous substances, the study of metabolites - the development of analytical methods (MS, LC-MS, CE-MS), the study of the processes in the mass spectrometer, an analysis of optical isomers MS.
Device "Capillary electrophoresis"
Manufacter Prince Technologies B.V.
Number of pcs. 1
Year 1999
Conditions In terms of operation - standard equipment of instrumental analytical laboratory
Usage The PrinCE-C 650 is the top of flexibility in Capillary Electrophoresis. This system is equipped with a second buffer lift, which allows the change of outlet buffers at any time. Because of this dual lift approach and the possibilities for external pressure up to 10 bars, the PrinCE-C 650 is the most versatile PrinCE instrument.

Applications: analytical chemistry, method development, routine analysis (by one or more sequential methods), multicomponent analysis (with different CE methods)
